Bullet Button 2.0
After California mandated something then made it illegal, the inventor of the bullet button came out with a new design to get around the recent ban.
Nice.

Now might be the time to consider moving:
Brown approved bills that would ban the sale of semiautomatic rifles equipped with bullet buttons allowing the ammunition magazines to be easily detached and replaced.
And more:
Require an ID and background check to purchase ammunition and create a new state database of ammunition owners
Ban possession of ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 bullets.
Restrict the loaning of guns without background checks to close family members.
Does the magazine ban mean grandfathered magazines are now banned? Mr. and Mrs. California, turn them in.
Ok:
If members of the Pink Pistols are really concerned about ending deadly violence in the LGBT community, they could start by cutting their ties with the gay bashers at the NRA.
Gay people attend the NRA annual meeting and that some are members. I’ve never seen anyone bashed.
A bill signed into law goes into effect tomorrow. Essentially, the bill allows any person who has a carry permit and is injured in a place that posts “no gun” signs to sue the owner. This could make those who post such signs rethink that decision.
Update: Seems I got all excited and didn’t read amendment 1. This bill doesn’t exactly work that way, despite its intro. Rather, the bill grants immunity to those who do not post a no gun sign. See comments below by Wizard and Rickn8or:
Yes, Quoting John Harris’ remarks on Tennessee Firearms Association on Facebook:
WARNING!!!!There are posts all over FB tonight about SB1736 going into effect this week. That bill, as introduced, would have made a business owner liable if they banned permit holders from carrying on their property. That bill was gutted and rewritten to remove the provisions making the property owners liable for disarming lawful gun owners.
The “crap” that was substituted (with Sen. Brian Kelsey’s name on it) is in the following language that did pass:
SECTION 1.
Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13, is amended by adding the following as a new section:(a) A person, business, or other entity that owns, controls, or manages property and has the authority to prohibit weapons on that property by posting, pursuant to 39-17-1359, shall be immune from civil liability with respect to any claim based on such person’s, business’s, or other entity’s failure to adopt a policy that prohibits weapons on the property by posting pursuant to 39-17-1359.
(b) Immunity under this subsection (a) does not apply to a person, business, or other entity whose conduct or failure to act is the result of gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct.
Once again, Tennesseans have been deceived and cheated by Establishment Republicans in public office… starting with Brian Kelsey and aided by Sen. Dolores Gresham who apparently accepted the amendment and let it be carried in her name.
The new law makes absolutely no sense to me; let the business owner, etc. off the hook because they didn’t post??
Because a man with a gun shot the attacker.
Another to add to the tally: Mass murderers v. armed citizens.
Per Judicial Watch. Phoenix, of course, being where ATF allowed gun sales to criminals with Operation Fast And Furious.
So, a 17 or a 19? But the RFP says there are to be no finger grooves, which Glocks have. So, either they’re gonna dig up some Gen 2s or start making new ones? We’ll see.
You know who makes money off of gun companies? Obama. Indirectly, of course.
Paul Ryan caves into the crybabies and says there will be a gun control vote. Why?
Harry Reid is confident there will be a gun control deal. Reid is likely still butthurt about NRA not endorsing him.
Well, they worked for Deadpool:
The jihadists who attacked Turkey’s airport acted “like special forces”. They were coordinated but I’m not really relying on a news outlet to make appropriate comparisons to special forces. And they were organized.
Obviously, there are some tea-partying, Republican NRA members to blame for this.
Meanwhile. “journalism” is trying to find a pattern to recent terror attacks. Hmm, I’ll give you clue. Jihadists. And remember when we secured areas before entry into airports. Yeah, now they’re blowing up people at those entries.
A kid supposedly says something racist. The school calls the cops. That’s kind of a school or parental issue. Not a criminal one.
The NRA’s first campaign ad is Benghazi:
Yeah, I know Benghazi was a cluster of epic proportions. But you’re the NRA. Stick to guns.
Rules those convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence can be prohibited from owning guns.
While at the NRA annual meeting, I checked out the Apex Tactical booth. Paul said he’d send me some goodies. Sure enough, a bit later I received in the mail a Duty/Carry Flat-Faced Action Enhancement Trigger & Kit for the M&P shield and a Forward Set Sear & Trigger Kit with a flat-faced trigger for a M&P full size.
I installed the Shield kit with no problem, though it took a bit of time and patience. However, installing the full-sized parts, I managed to launch the sear spring plunger into the abyss. I called Apex and they’re sending me a replacement. Sweet. Soon, I can assemble these parts back into RACEGUN:
A helmet that’s also a flamethrower:
HIT MAN: A Technical Manual For Independent Contractors. I’ve actually read that book. I think it might be the earliest documented case of derp. And, it turns out, the book was a fraud, the publisher commissioned to a housewife to write. It wound up in a lawsuit after someone killed someone and the killer had a copy of this book.
A bit back Obama referred to a Glock with “a lot of clips in it”.
Now, noted gun expert James Carville:
I was in the Marine Corps. I have guns. I grew up rural. Why do I need a 40-clip magazine?
A marine would know that’s not how it works.
Just under 53K guns sold per day under Obama. But gun ownership is on the decline, they tell me. And if Obama really wants fewer guns on the street, he should resign.
One exists and the other is made up construct created by gun grabbers to make common guns sound scary. While I appreciate the effort at attempting to explain this to the media, my guess is they won’t listen. And if they do, they won’t care. Because narrative.
Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
