That disarms a whole lot of cops then, but of course we know they’ve been getting a special exception. Can’t be anything wrong with violent, out-of-control cops, can there, so long as they’re OUR violent, out-of-control cops?

  2. Deaf Smith Says:

Disarms the military, cops, and we hope, lots of liberals.

And that means if you are ACCUSED of misdemeanor domestic violence, fight it tooth and nail in the courts. Don’t plead guilty.

  3. Fred Says:

If your freedom depends on eight (well 7, minus Thomas) ass-clowns then you’re not free.

  4. Shootin' Buddy Says:

Mens rea standard is now recklessness.

  5. Mike V Says:

    Lyle, Deaf,

That happened in 1996. A Restraining Order, is grounds for termination now in Law Enforcement.

  6. JTC Says:

When the nebulous DV thing hit in the 90’s, half the LEO’s in town lost their guns until they hurried up with a patch. Beware the Law of U.c.

  7. Rod Says:

The prohibition for misdemeanor domestic violence was not in dispute. The only issue in this case was whether reckless behavior constitutes “use of force.”

  8. tkdkerry Says:

+1 on Rod. The umbrella just got larger.

  9. Sigivald Says:

I’m pleasantly surprised to see Sotomayor dissenting with Thomas, though.

What will they do for gun control?

Blounttruth; that video doesn’t prove anything. I’ve seen videos “proving” that the Twin Towers were brought down by pre-planted demolition charges, also not proving anything or showing anything I wouldn’t have expected from the towers falling due to steel weakening due to fire. You don’t get 50 to 100 people to hospital all at once without using some alternate vehicles. So unless you have something real to tell us, fuck you.

I simply posted what a retied federal judge said on Fox news, not Alex Jones, not my words, but his and it is all over the internet and in fact matches the released transcript. I didn’t say anything about the Atlanta radio station that reported the shooting 6 hours before it happened, I didn’t report that no more than 2 ambulances were seen on the scene even though the hospital was 4 blocks away, nor that the employees on duty at the hospital were made to sign non disclosure agreements, I didn’t insinuate that the Sheriff was given a gag order by the FBI. I simply posted a video of what one of the most respected legal minds in the nation said. So I tell you what, go fuck yourself bitch ass troll!
