In more ways than one

Glock gets stimulus money. A whopping $900. Glock actually didn’t. A fed agency did and bought stuff from them. But that’s the headline.

I think Glock was pretty well stimulated once Obama was elected.

    From the aricle:

No, that does not mean the officers can draw on someone at the Department of Interior if they find federal stimulus money is misspent.

Jesus H… how did this idiocy make it into print?

960 dollars for 3 Glock 9mm? That’s 320 bucks a piece. Quite a bargain. I thought margins were much less on guns.

Two issues I can make with that statement-

1). Would they bother looking for fraud, waste, and mismanagement to begin with,

    and
2). why not? Some folks just need killin’.

Damn – I wish I could get Glocks that cheap.

  5. Bob Dole Says:

You can’t because of the federal licensing system that protects gun dealers. So, you can’t get firearms directly from the manufacturer, and you can’t transfer them across state lines. This results in firearms being marked up quite a bit along the way.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
