An old cadet joke at Texas A&M reportedly involved kittens and multiple large firecrackers, tied together and put into another cadet’s room.
Before condemnation of this troglodyte behavior occurs, recall that these were the kids training to be officers going to WWII, Korea, Vietnam. Desensitizing themselves to bad things was par for the course.
I haven’t heard about an exploding kitten at A&M in some 25 years.
