The NYT calls it DIY ammunition.

It’s a DIY article for banners: go after the ammo, stupid.

Call it reloading, DIY, or how about “improvised munitions”? Is that scary-sounding enough to cause the leftist agitators to pretend to be terrified? That term would apply to any deviation from the exact specs in the loading manual, such as using a different primer, so practically all of us who load our own are “constructing improvised munitions”. You leftist, Republican, Democratic slaves of evil can have that one for free. For now. You’ll pay for it later.

I don’t care what terminology is used, or what the excuse; violating a basic human right isn’t going to make anything better.

But of the course the anti-libertarians (which lurk in all political parties) aren’t interested in making things better. They’re interested in power, in relative advantage, and they’ll do whatever it takes to get more.

Who can dub the scariest, most sinister, most off-putting term for assembling one’s own ammunition? I’ll sit here in my “Improvised Munitions Lab” (IML) awaiting the best ones,

‘Bomb-makers’ is what they are, if you really think about it. I used to know a reloader about 30 years ago – I seem to recall him pushing down a little girl in the sand box in kindergarten. The only thing I remember really clearly is the little girl saying, “Brett K, you are a big meanie!”
