Waffle House Waitress Fired for Shooting at Robbers
So, the story is that the robbers threatened to shoot if they weren’t given the money in the register. They left. The waitress went to her car, retrieved her gun, and fired “over the heads of the robbers”.
So, she wasn’t in danger, put herself in danger by retrieving a gun and then fired at them without intent to hit them. This doesn’t sound like a very good defensive gun use.

Firing over their heads, thus endangering other people. Yeah, I might have fired her too.

IOW, “Because other corporations implement Victim-Disarmament-Zones, we can too. And, armed-robbers need to feel welcome, also. So there, nyah”.
Waffle House is a place I shall NEVER take MY loved-ones. Bullets not under my control are not ‘friendly’ to my family.
