So, some idiot went and robbed a Pizza Hut. He was shot and killed by an employee. I understand that the parents would be upset but their reaction is, frankly, pathetic. And includes lines like:

I think their “place” is to arrest and prosecute.

An interesting read over at The Economist on movie guns, where they come from, and charts on types of guns in movies. The MP5 up and down is interesting. Odd that I don’t see AR-15s listed.
Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Glenn Yamahiro ruled that the federal Communications Decency Act protected Armslist against negligence and other claims brought in a lawsuit by the family of Zina Daniel Haughton.

That is seriously what this person is upset about.
McKaylas Law is no exception. Some democrats in Tennessee want to pass a law holding parents responsible when a child uses a gun and it results in injury or death. Basically, they want to punish people in cases that would usually be considered accidental. And if, say, a 13 year old steals a gun from your house and kills someone, what then?
