Opinions change
Why I went back to appendix carry. I’ve tried appendix carry but I drive way too much. And, after a while, it becomes uncomfortable.

Carry like Bruce Nelson really did it – forward of hip but not so far that it becomes the appendage position.

I typically carry a G17, and I occasionally appendix carry. It has been my experience that the good holsters currently on the market do reasonably well at two of the following:
* Conceal the firearm well.
* Be comfortable to carry.
* Securely hold the firearm.
If you go to a smaller gun, like a G19, it becomes a little easier to get an acceptable mix of all three.
