Customer service?

You think you’re a customer of the IRS? I had to call them one day to resolve an issue. They said there were other issues with my account. I informed the lady on the phone that I could assure her I never once opened an account with you.

Think that’s backwards. You’re the bank, and they have an account. They pretty much only withdraw.

This story goes well with the idea that any money you, your business, your church or your charity have that is not taken by the IRS in taxes is a “cost” to government.

It is not just misuse of language, it is perversion of the language, in support of perversion of the relationship of the government to the governed.

due to an online payment error, paying my taxes was delayed by a few days and some extra interest had accrued.

i received a letter from the IRS, informing me of the additional interest owed. (it was just a few dollars)

the letter stated “You have an unpaid shared responsibility payment” due

i will gladly send you a picture of it if you want to post it. it’s absurd the verbal gymnastics that this administration will go through to brainwash people.

YES, no lie, taxes are now considered by this socialist government as a shared responsibility payment – i guess it’s my responsibility to pay for all those on welfare and illegal immigrants rather then them go earn for themselves.
