Open carry of long guns is legal in Texas, pistols are legal if you’re hunting or some other reason.

Turn it back on them. Filing a false police report actually IS a crime.

Try it in TN and the headline could read “Anti-gun Activists threaten to commit felonious act”. It is a Class E Felony to file a false report in TN. I like it. Observe me being Constitutionally Sound and you commit a felony which will prevent you from carrying (or owning) something you don’t like anyway. Win Win.
