    Sounds like the case was of a totally punitive nature because he had the balls to point out the lax security that surrounds the president…

    Might be hard to return his property because most of the “spoils” might have already been divided up amongst the cops.

    Exactly. If there were common sense in NJ, the guy would never have had any problems with the law at all. After al the confiscation and the other crap, a common sense response would be to bring the offenders up on charges, or at the very least get them fired.
