    From the U.S. Constitution, Article 4: “Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records and Judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.”

    Tennessee Fucked Up, and should pay out large sums of cash.

    Les, that must be from the part of the Constitution not yet blessed by the supremes. Apparently the 14th is only selectively applied. Otherwise you would get a jury trial every time you got a red light camera ticket that exceeded $20.
