What do you want to see at SHOT?

BalloonGoesUp chimes in. Seems we have similar tastes, here’s my list from a bit back. And midsize M&P sounds like a good idea, especially for those with smaller hands.

I want to see a .22 slide and mag conversion kit for my existing M&P. The current M&P 22 has some issues:
    1) It has a safety. My carry gun doesn’t. My holsters aren’t made or cut for a safety. the manual of arms is different.
    2) It doesn’t take advantage of a big M&P pistol selling point: the interchangeable back strap

Essentially, they’ve given me ther option of paying money for a .22 which looks like but doesn’t function like my carry gun and to top it off it won’t fit my gear or have the same controls.

a conversion upper would let me use the grip insert of my choice, including a laser sight. It would allow me to practice with the RAM and trigger work in my carry gun. IT would let me use my carry gear.

    and so on…

.22 slide slide for my M&Ps sounds great!

I agree that a mid size M&P should be made.

We aren’t the only ones who thing S&W missed something by having only the “Glock 17” and “Glock 26” sizes. The Glock 19 is one of the most size efficient handguns out there and a M&P analog would be great.

I find the full-size M&P too large for CCW and the M&Pc a bit too small in the grip. A mid size M&P comparable to the G 19 would be “just right.”

Pocket pistol that takes .410 shells.

Not saying its a good idea….

Yup. I’d be perfectly happy with a M&P9 with a fullsize slide and a compact grip.

Photos of Kel-Tec’s new high volume, state of the art manufacturing facility under construction.

    But I won’t.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
