Well, like most liberals, they will accept no compromise on the 1st Amendment and no tolerance for the 2nd.
They live in a world where burning an effigy is “Speech” and the National Guard is “The People”.

HL they don’t respect the 1st, they just don’t want THEIR right to speech and expression questioned…but when people they disagree with speak out, they demand limits.

Aside from the Fast and Furious gunwalking scandal, the other critical omission from the straw-man attack Jon Stewart lays out is the way Obama is packing the U.S. Supreme Court with anti-2nd Amendment judges.
Sotomayor lied to the Senate when she claimed she would honor court precedent. That was proven when she joined the minority opinion in the McDonald v Chicago decision. The minority opinion wanted the ruling of DC v Heller overturned!
I fully expect Kagan to follow in Sotomayors duplicitous footsteps.
