Mayors Against Illegal Guns is itself a RICO (Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization) in that it is a conspiracy under color of law to deny the free exercise of enumerated constitutional rights — 18USC242. As such, any mayor joining it, by that fact, becomes a criminal. Which means to me the odds are a whole lot higher than 3:1.
