You know that rule about “Never point a gun at something you are not willing to destroy”? Well, dude in the photo must not like his wife much. That’s all I’m saying.

  2. Tam Says:

The concept of “Gun Safety” as we know it is a relatively modern invention, older than the internet, but newer than, say, the 45 rpm phonograph record.

Like cold beer, the concept has not yet spread to every corner of the globe yet, either.

  3. BobG Says:

I’m trying to decide which of them is more clueless; him for pointing it, or her for sitting there and letting him do it.

  4. North Says:

What should this man learn about cleaning a gun?

Floral prints work best for rubbing cleaner on the bore.

  5. TomcatTCH Says:

I understand what this is supposed to illustrate, but I wonder if our forced perspective is being used to deceive.

  6. Joe Mama Says:

“What should this man learn about cleaning a gun?”

Make sure the wash is done and dinner’s on the table first!

  7. Mr Evilwrench Says:

Man, he’s slick, setting up that “I was just cleaning it and it went off” alibi.

  8. Laughingdog Says:

Maybe his lack of concern about muzzle direction is just an indication of her cooking skill. 😉

  9. mariner Says:

From this angle we can’t see where the shotgun is pointed.

  10. Jerry Says:

Not as much as he needs to know about cleaning the carpet.

  11. Andrew Sarchus Says:

Don’t get gun cleaning mess on the carpet or the wife will kill you?

  12. Roberta X Says:

Not to do it in the living room? (Bloodstains so hard to get out of carpet — wait, I see he’s found that out already).

  13. JJR Says:

It could be very well pointed *behind* her head…

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
