A woman lobbyist for a group that is working to add sex offenders and those accused of domestic violence to registries has shot and killed her husband in a case of domestic violence.

There’s some weirdness with this one.
So they barely knew each other when they got married, and they had been married less than a week when she killed him.
She was in a nightgown and shower cap, far enough away from their home for her to have driven there (it looks like it had to be at least 3 blocks according to Google maps, and in a non-residential area).
There’s something screwy with this case, beyond the usual screwiness that comes with domestic violence or murder.

Most likely new hubby had a more willing girl friend and this was in the vicinty of the girl friends location.
Just a guess, given the location.

Victim-disarmament loons are, by definition, violent.
They are OK with having the state shoot up homes to seize other people’s weapons, so it shouldn’t be a shock when they lose it and kill others on their own.
