This is kinda like James Randi’s standing offer of $1M for evidence of any psychic ability that has never been claimed.
I will be very surprised if anyone can take Edmunds up on the offer.

I suppose I could rig up a faulty accelerator that would stay down after I lifted my foot, but I don’t think that is what they are after, is it?

Is anyone surprised that the .gov is intervening on behalf of GM? Sic ’em OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.
