the Star Chamber was bad, yes. but not, in fact, because it insisted on sealed records remaining unpublished in the newspapers.
the article was a bit unclear on how this newspaper got hold of sealed court documents to begin with, but i don’t see why it should have. once it somehow did, i REALLY don’t see why it should go publishing such. there’s a reason records can be legally sealed, after all.
