“In what state?”
Probably Orange county Kalifornia.

Unless you’re wealthy, a politician, or contributed heavily towards the Sheriff’s election fund. Then they wont revoke the permit.

Remember: “May Issue” can very easily mean “May Revoke”

Start a recall petition.
Sheriff Sandra Hutchens’ “just doing my job” letter will not work towards the purpose of keeping her fucking job.
Getting enough sigs to hold a recall election is enough to make her a one term sheriff. People remember the recall during the following election, even if it wasn’t successful.

Oh, I was thinking “Florida is May Issue?”
Yep May issue states are scary! I picked a gun-friendly town so I could get my carry permit….but I know I’m one liberal Police Cheif away from loosing it all.
This is why we fight!

Such edicts are criminal, tyrannical and evince the imposition of slavery.

Nope, that’s out here in Kalifornia. That is the county I grew up in….and I’m glad to be gone from it. I have friends who have lost their permits since she came into office. C*nt.

how does that not violate equal protection?

I think that falls under the “more equal” clause. As in if she’s going to be more equal then somebody else has got to be less. Recall is definitely in order.
