Like a forcefield of stupid
Seems there are two places where individual IQs drop by at least 50% and the collective IQ drops by much more: Parking lots and grocery stores. Yes, I went Krogering.

Actually, I have also consistently observed very drastic IQ plunges any time anyone walks into a room full of adults with a baby in arms. The whole joint invariably goes to pot with impronouncables, and spastic pinchings and huggings.
It’s really remarkable.

This is why we do most of our grocery shopping on the way home from third shift. I don’t recall encountering any major stupidity in the store or lot before 7:30 AM.

Make that fifty-three places. You left out 50 state legislatures plus Congress.

Airports. The “riding in an airplane public” go stupid when the get on the property.
