NFA Form Troubles
My sources tell me that if you’re in the process of initiating a National Firearms Act transfer and tax payment, do not use the forms on the ATF website. Apparently, the PDF files contain a few errors and ATF will not process them. That’s government for you: inconveniencing you for their mistakes.

Reminds me of the time I went to the MD State Police Baracks nearest me for fingerprints. As part of the CCW process, they print you at the MDSP, and you mail the prints in with the application.
After a couple months went by…they returned my application because I had “used the wrong fingerprint cards”.
Yup, that’s right. I had to go get printed again because THEY used the wrong cards, and they sent a testy letter to me admonishing me for THEIR mistake.
