Thanks for posting this. While the cop in the McKenna case was clearly in the wrong (gun drawn, no identification) (anyone can shot “I’m a cop!”), and the MD police were clearly in the wrong for the arrest and seizure, McKenna was still being a complete asshole on the road and should have been busted anyway. I drive the I-95 corridor regularly, and nearly every day I see both auto and motorcycle drivers acting like idiots, endangering everyone around them.

We’ve got a scandal going on in Dallas right now. DPD (or the city council) was smart enough to get the “can’t be turned off, video beamed by cell network to an independent custodian, no tapes in the cars” dash cams. So they caught these two rookies beating the hell out of a guy.

The city and police aren’t even trying to protect these guys, it’s so blatant. The thing is, there were 20 other cops on the scene after this. One of them is on his way to being fired because he went and talked to them, then went back to his car and turned his dash cam away. The worst part is these clowns only got turned in because they were showing the tape around the substation until they finally showed it to a cop who (gasp) reported it.

Now if we could just get C-Span in the Congressional Cloak Rooms where the last minute deals are made before the votes are taken……

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
