He signed a form acknowledging he owed the taxes and would pay them using the extra money from the extra check. But he didn’t pay them until he was caught. Instead, for four years he pocketed the extra tax and Social Security checks as a bonus that totaled $45,000.

Only in DC with a Democrat (or MA). The rest of us pulled this crap we would be in jail. This guy gets Zero to give him a job. . . .
