But they are out of stock

What about the Aero Multi-caliber? Sounds more like something I’d want.

Anything about them I need to know about?

Obama sure is good for ONE sector of the economy! Although the thought of it probably gives him gastroenteritis.

  4. Ron W Says:

    anon,

Like he said about the coal industry, Obama probably wamnts to suppress the gun business…at least that part of it that supplies the common people. The ruling elites like him will still be surrounded and protected by their hired guns…paid for by us.

Aim is currently out of all lowers

I got a few ordered from Bud’s Gun Shop for $90, then they went to $109. Then $119.

I watched Doublestar rifles go from $699 to $889 over a few hours. S&W M&Ps made similar jumps.

I lucked out and tracked down some Del-Ton uppers, but it was a chore.

Thankfully, my pa-in-law listened when I said I was ordering lowers a few weeks ago. Saved him about $50 or so.

Well now I have a connundrum:

I have a spikes lower (with fancy painted stuff) and a lower parts kit from AIM surplus. I paid $145 for the lower and $55 for the parts kit.

Shortly after I ordered the parts kit, I decided that what I really wanted was an AR in .308. A buddy of mine said he would buy my lower and parts kit for $200, but won’t have the money for it until after Christmas.

Now that same lower is $195. The lowers for .308 have gone up about $50 as well. I’m conflicted.

Also: Ron W, it’s not “Probably”, a new AWB is part of Obamas stated platform. He hid it under “Urban Issues” on his web-site, but it was there all along. The whole site is down the memory hole now (thank you page is up now)… Wouldn’t want anyone pointing out all the lies.

Here is a direct link, that works as of posting, but will probably soon be deleted:

    Relevant Passage:
“Address Gun Violence in Cities: As president, Barack Obama would repeal the Tiahrt Amendment, which restricts the ability of local law enforcement to access important gun trace information, and give police officers across the nation the tools they need to solve gun crimes and fight the illegal arms trade. Obama and Biden also favor commonsense measures that respect the Second Amendment rights of gun owners, while keeping guns away from children and from criminals who shouldn’t have them. They support closing the gun show loophole and making guns in this country childproof. They also support making the expired federal Assault Weapons Ban permanent, as such weapons belong on foreign battlefields and not on our streets.”
