Dems and guns

Nothing new but a look at Obama’s anti-gun record.

Meanwhile, Biden (with an F from NRA) says:

‘I guarantee you, Barack Obama ain’t taking my shotguns, so don’t buy that malarkey,’ Biden said angrily. ‘They’re going to start peddling that to you.’

‘I got two, if he tries to fool with my Beretta, he’s got a problem.’

I seem to recall him saying other gun owner needed help. Relax, they keep saying, we don’t have the votes.

Meanwhile, Obama has never seen gun control he didn’t support.

All we need now is Biden in a picture standing next to Kerry in his tacti-cool hunter gear from Eddie Bauer. Then we will have come fill circle.

Because, yanno, that worked so well last time.

  2. Bruce Says:

The cheaper Beretta O/U shotguns sell for $1000 and up…used.

Joe Biden: Just like a regular guy, only not.

  3. Robert Says:

The NRA encourages this nonsense every time they publish a photo of an NRA official or a member….with a SHOTGUN broken over their shoulder.
Gimme Palin. She’s the only real man in the crowd.

  4. emdfl Says:

Of course he’s wouldn’t be taking Plug-boys’ shotgun. He’s one of the “more equal then other animals”.

Had the shit shocked out of me yesterday. Was killing some time in a Dunhams sports store and this guy was looking for a hand gun. I started to help him before I noticed he had an OBama T-Shirt on. This bone head had just finished a CCW course and only knew a few things about his intended purchase. He knew 9, ruger, and less than 500$.

Further contact got the fact that he wanted the gun due to the neighborhood he would be knocking on doors in. He didn’t feel safe supporting OBama in a dark neighborhood. Course he was a skinny red head.

I sent him to the local gun show to look for a handgun. Seemed the right thing to do.

Obama will ban every gun he gets the votes for. Make sure he has less Democrats in the House and Senate, vote and support Conservative Second Amendment Republicans only. Vote straight ticket, for your gun rights.

In the Presidential election, vote for the girl, America’s future.

It’s not an ad it’s just my own personal opinion … If you are stuck with a RINO, you are on your own.

  7. Kristopher Says:

When ever a gun-grabber wants to con a hunter, get gets out an O&U shotgun ( real or imaginary ), and pretends to be a Fudd just before spewing all of the usual victim-disarmament crap.

    ( I can’t post from my cotse.net account … spam filter, I’ll bet )

  8. Bobby Says:

Isnt it funny how when ever these two are in “Rural”
land each sentence has an “Ain’t” or two thrown in it?

I mean, come on joe, tell us what you really think of these people.

paulb: “I started to help him before I noticed he had an OBama T-Shirt on. This bone head had just finished a CCW course and only knew a few things about his intended purchase.” First of all, I suck at putting thought to written word so please understand this as you read my response. Us wanna-be gunnies are the ones that suffer for this attitude. My one and only gun is a first gen taurus pt140. Got my ccw here in VA several years ago and have carried it since. Don’t remember the the one before that because it sucked and I was able to return it(can’t remember the name of it,only had it about two weeks). 20yrs in the Navy(son currently active duty Navy) didn’t teach me shit about firearms or gun rights. I WANNA KNOW MORE! I wanna pass it on. I can demand shit from my party too! It’s US against them. WE tell THEM what should happen. All they can do is divide US. Getting info from REAL gunnies helps US. Most, if not all, of my gun knowledge comes from books and internet. Knowing that attitudes like yours is out there, walking into a gun store is a study in patients for me as I see backs turn. My congressional rep were I live is thelma drake, don’t care for what she thinks of vets, but would back her on gun rights. I’ve reread this a few times, hope you see what I mean.

A yes, a classic moment in the debates. Lest anyone forget here it is.

  11. memomachine Says:

    Hmmmm.

Yeah it’s amazing how country their English gets in rural areas.

Anybody remember John Kerry and his “Can I get ME a huntin’ license?”? (emphasis added)

    sigh.

    freebird60:

His point was the guy’s an idiot for supporting obama, not for being a new shooter.

Obama’s entire premise is that no one NEEDS a handgun to protect themselves, and here this idiot thinks he needs one to campaign.

  13. Bobby Says:

Well, you see Wizardpc, Obama isnt elected yet.

Im sure after a month or so of his reign (IF he is elected, ofcourse) that campaigner will dutifully turn in his handgun. You see, by then he would feel safe enough in obamas usa that the idea of needing to defend yourself out there will be like some barberic, long gone memory.

  14. Sebastian Says:

    Freebird:

I agree with WizardPC. He sent him in the right direction. Personally, I wish he would have told him that Obama doesn’t believe you should have the right to carry a firearm for self-protection if you need to, and he wants to ban handguns. That would have been fine.

  15. Huck Says:

“I mean, come on joe, tell us what you really think of these people.”

    He already has.

“All this stuff about how different Barack Obama is, they?re not just used to somebody really smart. They?re just not used to somebody who?s really well educated. They just don?t know quite how to handle it. Cause if he?s as smart as Barack is he must not be from my neighborhood.”

  16. CarlS Says:

Of course Obama won’t come after your shotguns. YThose are for hunting, don’t ya know. But all those evil black rifles and dangerous pistols that shoot of their own accord, well now, that’s a different story.

  17. paulb Says:

Firebird60: I don’t have a problem helping some one who wants to know more.

I do think that wanting a gun so that you can feel safe knocking on doors getting out the vote for OBama seems to be a contradiction. The person claimed to be 50+ years old and hand never wanted a gun till he started campaining for the big O.

I know a lot of guys who know more that me about guns, but I really am not afraid to go places if I don’t have one on my person.

And I don’t even like OBama.

Just seemed strange to me. I did give him some guidance on choices of caliber, gun makes and models. I also suggested he ditch the shirt before he went to the gun show. That started a kumbaya speech so I doubt he took that advice.

I really don’t have a problem with anyone who wants a gun and wants to know what to do with it.

  18. freebird60 Says:

Thanks paulb(and all), I think you got the gist of what I was trying to say. Seems that more and more, the idea that politicians are going to do WHATEVER THEY WANT once they get elected is what we as Americans are saying as the de-facto word. THEY STILL WORK FOR US!

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
