Be careful of what you wish for Fakahontas! If your wish to make it a crime to spread disinformation (lies)online was to come true, you, every other politician, and everyone in the mainstream media would wind up in prison. But that’s where you all belong anyway.

Not constitutional, but 50/50 chances SCOTUS would uphold it. They upheld McCain-Feingold which gave rise to 527 groups.

There will be a loophole that grants them immunity.
