NJT: The time to prep is not DURING the panic.
I too noticed that Amazon was out earlier in the week. It became an issue for me because I used all of mine up cleaning up fire extinguisher media. Ordinarily, I keep a box or two at the house. It’s not too late. I noticed today that the local Lowe’s had cases of them. I guess people go to Amazon first.

Same. I use them for painting and the wife uses them when handling powder dyes (you do not want to breathe that in). Ran out a month or two ago, ordered more as soon as the first whiffs of this came up.
Of course, ordering them was a no brainer because we use them in the ordinary course of life (and more of us should.) Already had plenty of nitrile gloves on hand for the same reason.
