Chicago police are questioning a person of interest after 13 people were wounded, four of them critically, during a shooting inside a memorial gathering early Sunday in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side, authorities said.

Guy having the memorial was kill when he attempted to carjack a CC permit holder. Not sure why he even got a memorial in the first place, he was a common thug who died doing common thug things. The fact that there was a shooting at his memorial just shows that all his associates were common thugs too.
Also, 13 people shot, and the police still have to beg for witness to come forward so they can apprehend the shooters (yes, plural)? And people wonder why we say this is a cultural problem, not a gun problem. . .
