The guy I mentioned a bit back who was jailed for criticizing a judge on facebook was acquitted. Still, tar and feathers are appropriate.

    F*ck jury nullification; we need the ability of juries to refer court officers for prosecution. Self policing is not working. The various Bar associations are very reluctant to go after a member or give them severe sanctions unless caught red-handed. And how often are judges impeached or admonished? Not enough.
