Seems they want to tie him to white supremacists, which as we all know, every gun owner is one. Or something.

I guess the insult “deplorable” worked so well for them that they are searching for another insult, only a much nastier one.

This is an odd case of the Dems believing their own propaganda equating every gun owner to a mass murderer, every white Republican to a lifelong KKKlucker, every male to a rapist, without any hope of redemption, often unconsciously, always.
So now the Dem candidates say Trump and his voters are just a wee bit short of a 1937 Hitler rally, and it makes sense – to them. To anyone who doesn’t believe their vile calumnies, they look like donkeys braying, senselessly but quite loudly.
If sociology weren’t an entirely Marxism-corrupted field of study, this would make an interesting study in a group self-delusion.
