I would say this, if I owned a bumpstock. you can have it.. And no, I wan’t no reason to waste ammo. I do not own one. I have belt loops on my pants. Bump stocks be damned. IT WAS JUST A GIMMICK. Let it fade. I like people, the nut job in Vegas, not so much. Think about that, Las Vegas, and there might be a nut job in the mix. Where will I vacation next?
The concept of collective punishment of an entire group, for illegal acts by individuals, is a violation of individual human rights under customary international humanitarian law, according to the Red Cross. Let’s try taking this issue to the UN!
I kid! I kid! Somehow, I don’t think there will be anyone like Judge Benitez deciding such a case outside the US. And anyway, even Benitez just allowed the CA law prohibiting >10 round mags to stay in place during appeal of his own ruling against it.
mikee, Benitez’ decision to — sort of — lift the injunction derailed an attempt to immediately escalate this to the 9th Circus. And his version seems to protect those who bought mags when his injunction was in effect. I suggest waiting to see how this plays out before condemning Benitez.

Bump stocks are a gimmick. The precedent of the rule is anything but.

“Let it fade,” and you let all law fade, and we live by royal whim, imperial fiat. “Stroke of the pen” and all that entails.

I don’t own any either, but I support people’s right to own a hunk of plastic that makes bump firing easier.
Personally, I’d rather just by a transferable machine gun, but then I don’t have any chilrens and plenty of disposable income to spend on adult toys.
