Apparently, Cody Wilson has left and went to Taiwan.

    RAGE

  2. Paul Rain Says:

    Good on him.

He won’t get a fair trial in America.

  3. tincankilla Says:

    options:

    1) he’s a creep and knew she was under 18

    2) he’s a perv and thought she was 18+

    3) he got suckered by a honeypot operation

  4. Ellen Says:

In today’s climate, and knowing how the Left feels about Wilson, I’d give odds on the honeypot.

  5. rickn8or Says:

Ellen, especially “honeypot” when there is so much surveillance camera documentation.

  6. Someone Says:

Pretty sure it’s number 2, everyone has their own fetishes and his is probably having his ego stroked, but I doubt he thought she was under 18.

That said he should have been a lot more careful about such things, given the profile of what he is doing.

  7. JTC Says:

Like I said in the prior post, a likely setup.

No doubt he’s got a thing for young ones, but I never got the impression he was stupid, and if he knew she was under-age he would have to be beyond stupid to lay down that much evidence.

You think anti’s are above using a minor to nail (heh) a trophy? Then you don’t know much about anti’s.

  8. Ravenwood Says:

    tincankilla,

#2 and #3 are not mutually exclusive. They can both be true. Technically so can #1 and #3.

  9. nk Says:

It was not a honeytrap by anyone even remotely connected with law enforcement. They would not have allowed actual sex with the minor. No way. Period.

  10. nk Says:

He likely thought she was over seventeen. Heck, maybe even her pimp who put her out thinks she’s over seventeen. But that’s not a defense under this particular section of the Texas Penal Code.

  11. Phssthpok Says:

    so….

When will we hear about the criminal prostitution charges brought against the ‘victim’?

Can’t claim there’s no evidence, she made the claim herself that she was paid for sex.

  12. mikee Says:

While it would be a silly old world if everyone were the same, is it too much to ask that people doing admirable work in the world keep their dicks in their pants, or at least expecting them to find a noncontroversial method of letting their private parts out?

  13. JTC Says:

@nk, nobody said anything about LE being involved in the likely setup and only an idiot would.

In this case what LE does is what they are sworn to do, investigate reported crimes, and bring suspects in to be questioned and/or referred to the prosecutor. It is at that point that the line blurs on what is LE because elected (aka partisan) prosectors are quite famous for injecting unfair/illegal personal issues into their decisions/activities…ask George Z. about that. So yeah if you include that profession into your LE label, many are quite capable of some setup involvement, except for the fact that they too would be complicit in a crime…they are sometimes evil, but usually not stupid.

OTOH, leftists and antis (redundant)? Absolutely they would arrange such a thing even at the detriment of a (not so innocent) child. They use any method, even their own proles, as expendable fodder all the time, and it’s pretty easy to hide behind an org. An even if traced to an individual, their activity is forgiven for the benefit of the “greater good”. Can’t think of better examples of that than Hillzabeast and Soros.

  14. Paul Rain Says:

mikee: Lol, sure, you idiot. Cody should have gone on Tinder, so he could get setup the same way.

Or maybe married some chick, so that ZOG can torture and kill her and their kids, too. Nice reasoning.
