    Actually there are automatic revolvers i.e Webley-Fosbery.

    But the Webley-Fosbery wasn’t in .30 caliber. They were only built in .38 ACP and in .455 Webley Mk II. Plus, it was just one single model of revolver that was “automatic”, and fewer than 5,000 were made, so it was always a rare gun.
