Well, that’s an odd holster

Seen at BearingArms.com:

Is that a right handed holster that’s been turned inside out?

  1. Ravenwood Says:

Looks more like a left handed holster that was used on the right hand side.

  2. Deaf Smith Says:

that or the screws were put in backwards.

  3. Robert Evans Says:

Looks like a holster that was made flesh-side out, then dyed black. There’s some holster makers – – Thad Rybka comes to mind – – that specialize in holsters made flesh-side out.

  4. GuardDuck Says:

Yeah, left handed holster used on right hip. Or more likely the photo has been reversed and its a more common right handed holster worn on a left hip.

  5. Will Says:

    Ravenwood nails it.
Left-handed holster. Sweat/skin guard on the, now, wrong side, waiting to get caught in the cover garment. Tension screw head now facing inward, where it can’t be accessed while mounted in place.

  6. Ravenwood Says:

Photo isn’t flipped. Unless he also found left handed jeans that would have a watch pocket on the left side.

  7. Mike W. Says:

Well it’s not like there aren’t ton of quality holsters you could buy for a glock….. sigh.

  8. GuardDuck Says:

Oh yeah. You’re correct Ravenwood. Nice attention to detail.

  9. Hartley Says:

On ePay, left-handed holsters tend to be cheaper..

Posted this before, but included a URL so probably hit the spam filter. DeSantis Gunhide Mini Slide with replacement hardware.

  11. WallPhone Says:

Oi! It’s a LH holster worn on the RH side. Here’s a site that shows both sides, and you can see the same stamp–insert your own slash:
