Nikolas Lloyd AKA Lindybeige. Been following him for some time on YouTube.
University of Newcastle archaeology grad, historian, old school pen and paper gamer, medieval military re-enactor, and swing dance teacher. You really should spend some time on his channel. He rubs some historians the wrong way because he approaches history from the standpoint of how human beings actually act and behave. His piece on women in combat would probably make a lot of SJWs spontaneously combust.
You have to admire a guy who lost his decade old access to the Newcastle college computer network for writing a tongue in cheek article called “Why vegetarians should be force fed with lard”.
You can imagine the butthurt from the terminally serious students.

Another lindybeige fan. Don’t always agree but he is always informative and funny. Scholagladiatoria is another good one, focuses more on HEMA and good historical info.
