You mean you can make decisions about your own body without a note from the doctor?

It should be interesting to see who opposes this and their reasons why.

Hey, I got an idea; Stupid government get off us, and it’s none of your business. Stupid girl don’t put penises inside yourself, and get your ass to church.

I am all for this. And even if she does get her ass to church, she still may need birth control pills. Many women (my wife included) use them regulate their bodies and make that time of the month less crampy and painful. Which has the added benefit of making my life less annoying.

There is one downside I can think of. If you’re positive for something like Factor V Leiden, you probably won’t know about it until you have a clot (I have it myself, have had two clots, and insurance still wouldn’t pay for my family members to be tested), and hormonal birth control greatly increases the chance for clots. Of course, if getting those tests was easier, then that downside would mostly go away.

Medical/pharmaceutical fascism is one of the most effective ways they have devised to control us.

“Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship to restrict the art of healing to one class of Men and deny equal privileges to others; the Constitution of the Republic should make a Special privilege for medical freedoms as well as religious freedom.”
― Dr. Benjamin Rush, Signer of the Declaration of Independence

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
