The market responds

Americans stock up on weapons

Gun stocks (the paper kind) rally after Obama speech.

S&W stocks at 8 year high

One Response to “The market responds”

  1. Ron W Says:

“Obama on Sunday night said no one on the no-fly list should be able to buy a gun and that it should be harder for people to buy powerful assault weapons like the ones used in the San Bernardino massacre.”

The rifles were purchased legally in California which I believe has an AWB. So how are they “assault weapons” by the government’s definition?

He says they were “powerful assault weapons”. But it was reported they were .223, lethal to unarmed victims in a room in a gun free but certainly not powerful.

I watched on TV news report a couple of weeks ago when a man jumped the White House fence and was quickly surrounded by about 5 men, SS agents, with probable “assault weapons” which would by proper definition be select fire full auto. But the President says these are “weapons of war” that “no one needs”. What I saw of the harmless fence jumper was not a war.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
