    Someone makes a receiver from a billet with a mill, that’s how they’re made. This is not a new process.

    Okay, so perhaps they move the goal posts of what is and is not a firearm, because stupid fearmongering reasons.

    Most of us builders will just step up to using raw forgings. There’s no reason a jig can’t be made to work with a blank forging. It will just require more work than a FCG.
