So, what caliber for angry mob?
In Memphis, mob/gang of some number (reportedly over 100) went into a Kroger and members started trying to knock out customers and employees. Well, gosh, it’s too bad the mob is comprised mostly of black people or it might be worth a DOJ civil rights investigation.

No caliber at all, at Kroger, as far as Moms Demand Action are concerned. Apparently, the “action” that they demand is the action of unarmed victims being beaten to the ground and kicked in the head until they’re unconscious. They got it.

This incident is why I don’t go anywhere unarmed, nor anywhere in Memphis after dark.
But now I’m seriously considering carrying two spare magazines instead of just one.

Note the 15-yr old killed in that incident had been shot a month earlier in another robbery attempt.

We have a house 200 – 300 yards away.
I have told my wife that this Kroger is off limits, even though Kroger just spent a fortune building it.
I do a fair amount of business at the record/CD store in this center (Spin City) and a gal was (accidentally) murdered in the parking lot a few years ago.
Seems like her boyfriend got into a dispute over a purchase of pharmaceuticals in the parking lot and the person contesting the quality or quantity of goods pulled a gun to resolve the matter with considerable finality.
The guy with the chick ducked and, you guessed it, she didn’t.
She was dead on the spot.
