Then why do they exist?


General Accounting Office report has found that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives lacks the resources to effectively investigate one of their highest stated priorities–firearms in the hands of those prohibited by federal law from having them.

    They certainly have the “resources” to purchase and ship guns to Mexican gangs, stomp cats to death and murder the innocent, so that’s something.

    Criminals with guns are dangerous. Firearms dealers usually don’t shoot when set up as a “conspiracy” patsy.
