I have a feeling that stunt was pulled in a may issue state and the primary reason the “concealed carrier” didn’t ventilate the genius was due to the felon nature of his carry.
I am not so sure I would have hesitated to ventilate. I sure would not have heard his prank comments.

Why would the cops stop this. They do stupid stuff like this all the time. Only they do it as a group “training” by simulating school take overs and such.
Of course, the police are “professionals”. Not to mention, they are experienced liars who will as an organization act to damage anyone who might react in a self defense matter.

Given all the NJ plates in the video, this was filmed in NJ where it’s a felony to point even a toy gun at someone if the intent is to harass or threaten.
