With new polymer lower receivers. The ATF raided them a bit back and Ares is handling it like this:

Well that is one way of doing it. Of course there is only a very marginal chance any BATF agents actually know what he is talking about. These guys aren’t hired for their intelligence and scholastic achievements.

The EP Lowers they were selling were not the best I’ve seen. The one I have has holes mislocated and the bolt stop can’t be installed. I put a dedicated .22LR upper on it. These new lowers appear to be much better.
