Thank you for that link to the ninth circuit. Just what I was looking for.
And also thanx to the ninth for providing such a webpage. Good to know the ninth is well aware of just how vital this case is and that much of the public is eagerly awaiting results.

The court itself asks for a review by the full slate? Wikipedia isn’t helping much. Had to split the terms in half for meaningful search-fu results.
Lawyer-speak, deliberately obfuscating public law since like forever.
(Unfortunately it doesn’t mean the whole circuit decides to spontaneously combust or anything.)
