So, 25 years stolen from a man’s life is only worth 10 days in jail.

I live in Round Rock, in Williamson County, TX, where this was perpetrated.
This was a plea deal to get the former DA, now a sitting judge, off the bench ASAP with the minimum expense to the county. There are 20 years of convictions to review from this guy as a judge, plus his DA work.
He retires, so he keeps his pension. He serves almost no time. He lost his license to practice law. This reeks, and will likely cost the current DA his office at the next elections, if local sentiment is any measure.

So I wonder what the odds are of a person exacting revenge against the guy for spending a couple of decades in the clink, and now being a convicted felon, to boot.

Sounds like Bubba is going to have to move FAST when this guy gets behind bars.

Be a real shame if Anderson were to somehow pick a fight with another inmate during his 10 days…
