If true, have him arrested

A PA sheriff routinely denies permits:

When you violate a provision of the Uniform Firearms Act, which licensing falls under, it’s a misdemeanor crime. Why is there a double standard in justice? Sheriff David is committing a crime each time he does this, each time he unlawfully denies someone a gun permit he could be put in prison.

  1. DC Handgun Info Says:

If you’re a PA resident with a dickhead sheriff, write to Sheriff Nye of Centre County, PA. He actually supports the Second Amendment and proves it by giving out *reciprocal* carry permits. I had a VA permit, and then I got a PA permit through the mail (without much paperwork) and the permit has no photo on it!

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
