He specifically states that his opinion in the article is based upon THE LOSING ARGUMENT IN HELLER.
How does he write this stuff down without the holes in his logic hurting his head?

He also says we have an absolute right to vote and to have a fair trial and then goes on to state that no rights are absolute. Did he even re-read this article before hitting ‘send’?
I will add him to the list of folks to ignore since they speak gibberish in circles.

If rights are “collective”,does that mean they we all have to talk at once to exercise freedom of speech? Or must we all be under oath together to exercise our 5th right to remain silent?
