Bitter clinger

Joseph J. Ellis is bitterly clinging to the creation science of the collective rights model. It was never settled until Heller. You lost. Quit lying.

He specifically states that his opinion in the article is based upon THE LOSING ARGUMENT IN HELLER.
How does he write this stuff down without the holes in his logic hurting his head?

  2. Ohio Shawn Says:

He also says we have an absolute right to vote and to have a fair trial and then goes on to state that no rights are absolute. Did he even re-read this article before hitting ‘send’?
I will add him to the list of folks to ignore since they speak gibberish in circles.

If rights are “collective”,does that mean they we all have to talk at once to exercise freedom of speech? Or must we all be under oath together to exercise our 5th right to remain silent?

  4. MJM Says:

Yep, he’s bitterly clinging to that shrinking “regulate” word. It’s getting smaller and smaller….

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
