The gun control wishlist of deregulating NFA. It’s not going to happen. At least, any time soon. Progress could be made but it would have to be small steps, easily palatable to people who try to get elected, and you’d have to have an administration in power that isn’t out to show all you cousin-humping, bitter-clinging rednecks exactly who is in charge.

I think that moving suppressors to Title I is eminently do-able.

I agree with Tam, suppressors, and SBRs/SBSs could be moved.
I highly doubt MGs would go that route in the next 20 years, baring a USSC ruling. I doubt that the Hughes Amendment would repealed either.

We can easily make all the royal-lovers get on board. There’s a picture out there of Prince William hunting with then-girl-friend Kate Middleton and their rifle has a suppressor. This obviously makes it an indispensable fashion accessory.
