Gun Safety Violation
I dunno, this doesn’t look any worse than the tabletops at most gun shows. I’m surprised they’ve not addressed it though since the NYPD seems to think guns have magical powers, they’d probably believe there was a danger.

During the committee hearings in Chicago over whether a non-modified SKS was an ‘assault weapon’, the CPD heads there refused to even TOUCH the gun lest it start randomly shooting people.
I’m not exaggerating.

I don’t see any safety violation in the Bloomberg/NYC photo. All the guns are pointed at the press. Seems ok to me.

At every gun show I have visited, zip ties are used to prevent insertion of ammunition or closing actions.All those pistols should have been locked open to prove that each one was safe.
