    Hah! I got True Neutral as well. Can’t be, ’cause I’m me and I know what a rat bastard I am.

  2. Kasper Says:

    So did I.

  3. franxredhot Says:

    I scored Neutral Good,whatever the hell that means.

  4. Cargosquid Says:

    The definitions and characteristics are on the site.

    Got true neutral while trying for Neutral good.

  5. HSR47 Says:

    I don’t really like the test; A lot of the questions lack sufficent variety.

    Specifically:

    *Question 1 lacks the “just ignore the jackwagon and go on about my business” option;
    *Question 5 lacks the “Stand up like a man and refuse” option;
    *I’m not entirely happy with the answers to Question 6, having been in that situation;
    *Question 7 (corrupt judge) doesn’t give any guidance as to where the truth lies, which is an EXTREMELY important consideration for determining alignment (giving truthful testimony against a friend even if you’re being paid to do it could still be interpreted as good or neutral, whereas taking money to bear false witness against a friend is really only something an evil character would do.);
    *Question 18 lacks any sort of “Yes, because I crave power” option;
    *Question 19 lacks any sort of “Eat my own food and play it by ear” option — the options are either share everything you have or steal from others;
    *Question 20 lacks any sort of context/guidance as to the alignment of the king and those seeking to assassinate him. evil assassins vs good king is totally different from Praetorian guard vs Caligula.
    *Question 23 lacks a “no, because it would cause harm to me” option — My objection to spying for a hostile foreign power is based entirely on enlightened rational self-interest, because I know that such information would be used against my nation, which would have serious potential to cause me harm either directly (e.g. via an invasion), or indirectly (e.g. causing the enemy nation to become stronger economically, which could significantly raise the cost of goods and services to me).
    *Question 25 either lacks sufficient context, or is pointless. I suppose if you’ve been locked up for some kind of legitimate law-breaking then you’re probably evil anyway, and if you’re a non-evil character who is falsely imprisoned, then your captors are effectively kidnappers and are themselves doing evil by holding you, thereby making it possible for a good character to resist violently.
    *Question 30 again lacks sufficient context. Where am I traveling? Why do I need to go there? The context matters; Skipping out on testifying on a petty crime when I’m on my way to battle Cthulhu is one thing, whereas skipping out on testifying in order to get to the brothel in the next town sooner is completely different. Why isn’t there a “file written testimony with the court, then leave town” option.

    The test spat out Chaotic Neutral for me, but depending on the context of some of the questions (especially those I mention specifically above) I’d probably score more towards Chaotic Good.

  6. CMonster Says:

    Me too. But like HSR47 said, many questions did not have an answer I liked.

  7. Nylarthotep Says:

    I’ll go along with not liking the answer choices. But seeing as its trying to define you with limited input they have to strike some kind of balance. Nuance would require dozens of answers and obviously this is a rather blunt tool.

    I came up True Neutral as well. I guess the number of neutrals being seen has got to be a good indicator of the type of traffic comes to this site.

  8. DC Says:

    Neutral Good.

    I’m happy with that and feel it reflects my position well.

  9. MattW Says:

    Lawful Neutral?? Interesting lol

  10. Dan W. Says:

    Neutral Evil, figures since I work in lending.

  11. Kevin Baker Says:

    Chaotic Neutral – mostly due, I think, to that “no good choices” problem.

  12. mikee Says:

    I gave up after reading the responses allowed for #1.

    None were anything near what I would do.

  13. JTwig Says:

    LAWFUL GOOD!!! How did that happen? I always saw myself as Neutral Good.

  14. HL Says:

    I can’t believe owning the compiled volumes of Gary Gygax finally paid off! His bitch ex-wife took him for everything he owned, before he died.

    I didn’t take the test. I just rolled 1d8 with a +1 modifier to determine my alignment and class.

    Fuck elves though. I am a racist, and will only play Humans.

    Now if you’ll excuse me, I will be back in my crib–Mordenkainen’s Magnificent Mansion!

  15. Fin Says:

    Lawful Good

  16. Alex B Says:

    Chaotic Neutral here.

  17. jamezb Says:

    I knew I liked you for some reason.

  18. Disavowed With Honor Says:

    True Neutral… Why? Because FU! lol.

    And HL, You just made this geek’s day!!!

    Disavowed With Honor

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
